Hey there! We’re thrilled you’re here. These Terms of Use explain exactly how our website subscription service works. No legal waffle. No sneaky fine print. Just straight-talking, plain-English policies with your success in mind.

Payment Terms
When you sign up, your subscription starts straight away — and so does access to your training, templates, and tools.
You’re signing up for:
Commitment
We’re in this together for 12 months. That gives you time to build, tweak, grow and glow — with full access to training, tech, and support. After that, it’s up to you: stay monthly, renew yearly, or wave us goodbye (we’ll miss you though).
Content Ownership
You own your words, your photos, your downloads — your brilliance. That’s all yours.
But the website framework (the tech, templates, layouts) stays with us. It’s how we keep everything running smoothly and securely. So while you can download your content, the site itself isn’t transferable.
Template Designs & Customisation
You’re choosing from one of our lovingly designed templates — crafted to convert, fast-loading, and completely stress-free.
You can:

Add your brand colours, logo, words, and images

Ditch any pages you don’t need (like a blog or reviews)
You can’t:
Think of it like moving into a gorgeous show home — you can paint the walls, add your flair, and style it your way… but you’re not knocking through the kitchen or adding a new extension without a bespoke project.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once you’ve accessed the training platform, your subscription is non-refundable — just like opening a digital box of secrets.
During your first 12 months, you’re in.
After that, you can cancel any time with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. Easy.
Non-Payment
We totally get that things happen.
If your payment bounces:

You’ll get a 7-day grace period to sort it

If it’s still not resolved, your website may be paused

After 30 days, if we haven’t heard from you, we may take your website offline for good
Platform Use & Fair Play
Just a few house rules:

Don’t copy or resell the platform, design, or training materials

Keep your login details to yourself (sharing isn’t caring when it comes to software)

Use the tools with integrity — we’re big on fair play here
Leaving the Platform
Leaving us? We’ll be sad to see you go.
You can absolutely take your content (your copy, images, blog posts). But the structure of the site stays with us — no exporting, no downloads, no taking it with you like a suitcase. That’s part of our setup.
